The system uses your browser to "search through to the search terms" which are highlighted to bring you quickly to the pertinent text. You'll no longer need to open Acrobat^® or your word processing program to find the search terms within the parent application.

Plus... The searches are more accurate. Our editing programs correct errors inherent in the optical character recognition process.

HTML is used for three reasons: 1. spelling errors are easily corrected, 2. search terms are highlighted in your browser, and 3. key terms can be linked (throughout the archive) to corresponding files. We can even add hypertext versions of your critical word processing files (Word, WordPerfect, etc.).

Key-Term Linking allows us to build a true intranet… all references to SOP-001 can be linked to the corresponding SOP-001 file.

Our CD installers allow you to upload completely searchable electronic "filing-cabinets" to your PC or network server.
